IS THIS THE SAME MAN?

Ken Berwitz

I have looked at the face, the moustache and the hairline.

And I have to wonder whether Zimmerman lead prosecutor Bernie De La Rionda....

BdlR

...is, in reality, Rep. Henry Waxman of California.

 Waxman, Henry

Well, you see the pictures.  You tell me.

ZIMMERMAN TRIAL: ALERNATIVE VERDICT? CHILD ABUSE?

Ken Berwitz

Ok, here's the latest.  Judge Debra Nelson has ruled that if the jury doesn't like the second degree murder charge - which the defense has just spent two weeks arguing against - they can consider a lesser charge too - which the defense has not spent two weeks arguing against.

Oh, and she is thinking about allowing a charge of child abuse.

CHILD ABUSE??????????????????????   For a 17 year old, almost 6 feet tall who was in the process of punching him and bashing his head on concrete?  What was George Zimmerman supposed to have assumed, that he was in elementary school and it was a game of tag?????????

This is at the point where it would need remedial help to rise to joke status.

DID THE OBAMA ADMINISTRATION INTENTIONALLY MAKE TRAYVON MARTIN'S SHOOTING INTO A RACIAL INCIDENT?

Ken Berwitz

As a citizen of the United States, I am ashamed to have to ask the question in that title.  I am ashamed that it could even be a possibility.

But not only is it a possibility, it seems very clearly to be a fact.

Judicial Watch, through FOIA (the Freedom Of Information Act) has uncovered specific expenses - money and manpower - by the "Department of Justice" for the purpose of encouraging and moving along racial protests over the shooting of Trayvon Martin.

Excerpted from an article at breitbart.com:

The new documents show that from March 25 through April 12, 2012, the CRS spent thousands of dollars helping organize and "work" marches and demonstrations regarding Trayvon Martin. Tasks included:

  • Working "marches, demonstrations, and rallies related to the shooting and death of an African-American teen by a neighborhood watch captain";
  • Providing "support for protest deployment in Florida";
  • Providing "technical assistance to the City of Sanford, event organizers, and law enforcement agencies for the march and rally on March 31";
  • Providing "technical assistance, conciliation, and onsite mediation during demonstrations planned in Sanford."

In April, the CRS reportedly "set up a meeting between the local NAACP and elected officials that led to the temporary resignation of police chief Bill Lee according to Turner Clayton, Seminole County chapter president of the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People."

 Does that look, in any conceivable way, like what a legitimate Department of Justice would be doing?

But, then again, who are we talking about?

-Attorney General eric holder, the disgraceful toady and Obama sock-puppet, who ignored the bounty on George Zimmerman's head "dead or alive" by the New Black Panther Party - thus giving a green light to every other hater out there (ironic, isn't it, that Zimmerman is half Latino, and that no one can seem to find any incidents of racism in his past)?

-President Obama, who had no problem whatsoever with holder doing this, and who contributed to the fraudulent racial narrative by telling us "If I had a son he would look like Trayvon"? (uh...your son would have tattoos up and down his arm and a "grille" on his teeth?)

These people, sworn to uphold the laws of the United States and treat all people equally, have instead used their power to perpetuate, and accelerate, a racial firestorm of the first order.

They shame themselves.  They shame their party.  They shame their country.

If George Zimmerman should be acquitted (which, without the holder/Obama-encouraged racial element, would be a virtually certain outcome), and there are race riots because of it, the carnage will be on the heads of eric holder and Barack Obama.

And if George Zimmerman is convicted, due to fear of the rioting that might occur if he is exonerated, that, too, will be on the heads of holder and Mr. Obama.

I hope these two are very proud of themselves.  If this is what they wanted - and, by their actions it is hard to think otherwise - they have certainly created the opportunity for it to take place.

7,530 FORGOTTEN BLACK MURDER VICTIMS

Ken Berwitz

Opening statements in the trial of George Zimmerman took place on June 24.  Today, therefore is the 18th day of his trial.

According to 2010 FBI data, an average of about 15 Black people are murdered every day in the United States by other Black people.

This means that, since Trayvon Martin was shot to death, which occurred on February 26th, 2012, 502 days ago, - about 7,530 Black people have been murdered by other Blacks - 270 of them just since George Zimmerman's trial began, 18 days ago.

They are just as dead, and just as Black as Trayvon Martin.  Every one of them.

But I doubt that the race hustlers and leftist clowns who have spent the last year and a half obsessing on George Zimmerman and turning his trial into a racial referendum, know even one of the 7,530 Black-on-Black victims' names.

In other words, the only reason they give a damn about Trayvon Martin is because they were able to turn his death into a racial incident.  He, himself, is meaningless to them otherwise - as proven by their 0% interest in any of the other dead Black victims over this time period.

Since our wonderful "neutral" media have not made you aware of this, I thought I would.  Now you know.

WisOldMan I've come to the conclusion that our media is owned by foreign interests. It's the only thing that makes sense, at this stage. Who could the culprits be that could have the wealth to buy people and control of industries? Well, there are the Chinese...and the Arab-Muslim petrol states. (07/11/13)

WAS THE SANFORD POLICE CHIEF FIRED FOR ACTING PROFESSIONALLY INSTEAD OF PUSHING A RACIAL AGENDA?

Ken Berwitz

Let me start this blog the same way I started the last one:  As a citizen of the United States, I am ashamed to have to ask the question in that title.  I am ashamed that it could even be a possibility.

Excerpted from Eliott McLaughlin's article at cnn.com:

The George Zimmerman investigation was hijacked "in a number of ways" by outside forces, said the former police chief of Sanford, Florida.

Bill Lee, who testified Monday in Zimmerman's second-degree murder trial, told CNN's George Howell in an exclusive interview that he felt pressure from city officials to arrest Zimmerman to placate the public rather than as a matter of justice.

"It was (relayed) to me that they just wanted an arrest. They didn't care if it got dismissed later," he said. "You don't do that."

When Sanford police arrived on the scene on February 26, 2012, after Zimmerman fatally shot unarmed 17-year-old Trayvon Martin, they conducted a "sound" investigation, and the evidence provided no probable cause to arrest Zimmerman at the scene, he said.

It had nothing to do with Florida's controversial "Stand Your Ground" law, he said; from an investigative standpoint, it was purely a matter of self-defense.

Can that be true?  Did "outside forces" force the Sanford police department to ignore its own investigation and arrest George Zimmerman?  And who might those "outside forces" have been?

For the  most probable answer to these questions, I refer you to my previous blog, which details how the Obama administration used the so-called "Department of Justice" (during this administration, more correctly called the "Department of Just-us"), to actively transform an already-tragic event into a racial firestorm.

But let's remember that holder and Obama were not the only ones. We also have the equally disgusting, racially incendiary behavior of what passes for mainstream media these days.  Their contribution included:

-Endlessly showing Trayvon Martin as a cherubic, smiling little pre-teen, instead of the nearly 6 foot tall, young gangsta-thug-wannabe George Zimmerman actually came in contact with;

-claiming Zimmerman had no injuries, when photographs of his head and face proved otherwise;

-claiming Zimmerman used a racial slur on the audio tape - then having to apologize and admit he said no such thing....after the damage was done, of course;

-NBC's doctoring of the tape to make it seem as if he profiled Martin based on his color - then having to apologize and admit he did no such thing....after the damage was done, of course;

-etc. etc. etc.

So, as you can see, between the administration and these happy-to-second-the-motion media, the term "outside forces" covers a lot of territory.

Great job, guys.  You're real professionals, all of you?  What you are professional at, however, is nothing to be proud of.
