Ken Berwitz

Here, excerpted from an article at Fox News, is the latest "Occupy Wall Street" news from downtown Athens New York:

NEW YORK  Protesters from the Occupy Wall Street movement plan to leave their downtown Manhattan headquarters Tuesday and head uptown as part of a "Millionaires March" visiting the homes of some of New York City's wealthiest residents.

Between 400 and 800 people are expected to take part in the demonstration targeting the homes of JP Morgan Chase CEO Jamie Dimon, billionaire businessman David Koch, financier Howard Milstein, hedge fund maven John Paulson and News Corp. Chairman and CEO Rupert Murdoch, Crain's New York Business reported.

The philosophy of this bunch is pretty clear:  "You earn it, we deserve it".  And since the protests are receiving gushing support from our "accomplice media", contiuing and escalating them is easy.

Enjoy the march, folks.  Have a ball condemning people who got rich by building businesses that pay taxes and employ workers.  And be sure to keep demanding that they should give it to you for....well, for being angry that they have it.

And keep trying to convince yourselves that 99% of the people are against the top 1% earners and that you speak for them.  Heck, you've already gotten support from a number of major Democrats (President Obama and Nancy Pelosi among them), so that's a start.

Wow, it's just like 1968 all over again.

How'd that work out for Democrats?

About Us

At “Hopelessly Partisan” we discuss all issues, big and small. In here, nothing is sacred and nothing is out of bounds.

So settle back, preferably after laughing your way through a copy of “The Hopelessly Partisan Guide To American Politics”, and let the battle begin. In this blog, your opinion counts every bit as much as anyone else's, maybe even more.

And to show that my willingness to provide all sides of the issues is sincere, here are links to a variety of web sites, from the left, the middle (more or less) and the right. Read them and either smile in agreement or gnash your teeth in anger!!
